Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform to sell our products and services.

Online Store Terms By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province, or that you are the age of majority and have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use the site.You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, or violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws.Any violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your Services.
2. General Conditions
Accuracy & Layout You are 100% responsible for the accuracy of your layouts. Please proofread all layouts carefully. USPS postal regulations may change, and it is your responsibility to comply with them as outlined on our website. K12Ink reserves the right to refuse to print any material it deems immoral, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate for USPS distribution. If your materials are deemed unacceptable, you will be notified and given the opportunity to revise them. You will not be charged for services on denied jobs.
Customer Supplied Proofs Customers may be required to supply a color hardcopy proof when placing orders. For folded, bound, or two-sided jobs, a mockup may also be required. K12Ink is not responsible for errors if a working model is not provided or if the customer selects the "Run As Is, No Proof" option.
Color Proof Accuracy All jobs are gang printed. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee exact color matches due to limitations in the printing process. Color reproduction is guaranteed to be within 85-90% of the original. RGB files will be converted to CMYK, which may alter appearance. Monitor calibration and print process differences can result in color discrepancies.
Payment Terms All orders must be prepaid unless the customer has been approved for credit. Mailing services and postage must always be prepaid. Government and educational institutions may submit Purchase Orders upon prior approval. Non-payment may delay delivery and incur interest and collection fees. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. International orders must be prepaid in full via credit card, certified bank check, ACH, or wire transfer.
Other Fees $10.00 – Additional Epson proofs (per 8.5" x 11", per side)$100.00 per hour – Approved artwork alterations (1/2 hour minimum)$10.00 – File Re-RIP (multi-page products may incur higher rates)$5.00 – PDF proof for Business Card jobs
General File Requirements Preferred file type is Adobe PDF. Acceptable applications include Quark Express, Adobe PageMaker, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop. Additional charges may apply for incompatible files. Files should be in CMYK. All fonts must be embedded. Raster images must be flattened and saved in TIFF or EPS formats.
Turnaround Time Quoted turnaround times begin after final proof approval. Times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to job complexity, third-party services, or unforeseen events.
Right of Refusal K12Ink reserves the right to refuse service to any person or organization at its sole discretion.
Sales Tax Policy Sales tax is collected on shipments within Florida unless a valid Florida Resale Certificate is provided at time of order.
Ownership & Limited Use Customer-provided materials remain the customer's property. K12Ink-created materials (layouts, scans, digital files) remain the property of K12Ink. Digital files can be provided upon written request and applicable fee. iStock images purchased on your behalf are limited to one-time use and cannot be reused without repurchasing. K12Ink may use your final product for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.
Website Use The K12Ink website and its content are for personal, non-commercial use only. Downloading, copying, modifying, distributing, or republishing content for public or commercial use is prohibited. We may terminate your access at any time.
No Warranties; Limitation of Liability All information is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any damages, including loss of data or profits. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the site.
Security Tampering, unauthorized access, or fraudulent activity on the K12Ink website is prohibited and may result in legal action. Use only standard browsers or publicly available search engines to interact with the site.
Kids’ Privacy Our website is not intended for users under 18. Children must use the site with parental or guardian supervision.
Errors and Corrections We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the website at any time without notice.

Mailing Services K12Ink’s responsibility for mailing services is limited to preparing and delivering mail to USPS. We are not responsible for USPS delays. We are also not responsible for third-party services outside K12Ink. Unused cards will be shipped to the customer at their expense.
Mailing Lists Customer mailing lists remain confidential and are used solely for the intended job. K12Ink is not responsible for list loss due to events like fire or theft. We do not sell or share your lists.
Duplicate Removal Unless instructed otherwise, we remove duplicate records from submitted mailing lists at no additional charge.
Change of Address Updates Customers are responsible for Move Update compliance on First Class Presort Mail.
Reformatting We use ASCII and DBF formats for mailing services. Customers will be notified of any formatting incompatibilities before processing.
3. Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The content is provided for general information and should not be relied upon without consulting primary sources.We may change the content of this site at any time, but we are not obligated to update any information.
4. Modifications to the Service and Prices Prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
